How is the program personalized for me?

Students complete a comprehensive intake form to evaluate stress (physical, mental, emotional) levels, upcoming peak performance moments, experience, etc. This is reviewed by Taryn and objectives are set. Home practice is refined week to week to ensure that your time is used as efficiently + effectively as possible based on your unique progress.

I’m injured - should I still participate in a cycle?

It depends…

While yoga asana (movement) may be limited the other limbs of the practices like pranayama (breath work) and meditation are still accessible.

Taryn has extensive experience working with physical therapist and athletic trainers to ensure that a students asana practice is aligned with their rehabilitation protocol.

What props do I need to set up my home practice space?

A yoga mat is recommended for those practicing asana. But there are plenty of household items that can be swapped for traditional yoga props as you learn what would be the best investment for your practice.

Learn more about recommended props + household swaps here.

What’s the average lifecycle of a student?

It depends…

Many students participate in for 2-3 consecutive cycles at Tier 01 or Tier 02 to lay the ground work to confidently step away from (bi) weekly sessions and still maintain their personal practice. Most will go on a maintenance phase for 1 - 3 cycles before reengaging Tier 01 or Tier 02.

It is recommended that students zoom out on their next 6 months to determine the best time to invest in progressing their practice and when to maintain.

For more structure in planning join Taryn during the next Strategic Planning Virtual Workshop to map out your own 6 months.
