Yoga Club // Session 4

Yoga club offers a fun introduction to yoga for 3rd-6th graders! Each session will include movement and mindfulness techniques that are age appropriate. These techniques help students build respect for themselves and others, provide tools to self-regulate and provide a great opportunity to make friends.
